Do you ever feel overwhelmed with life, depressed, anxious, or stuck? You are not alone. At some point in nearly everyone's lives, they have feelings of sadness, fear, frustration, or overwhelm. These are the times when we need to reach out and ask for help, guidance, or assistance. By reaching out during these times, healing and change can occur. My goal is to help you understand and resolve the challenges in your life so that you can find your true potential and live a life worth celebrating.
I provide individual counseling. My specialties include perimenopause/menopause, postpartum and pregnancy mood disorders, pregnancy loss, and the transitions that occur during this time, as well as working with individuals ages 20+ who are dealing with anxiety, depression, overall life transitions, stress management, and communication issues.
